Paul J. Bauccio is Chief Risk Officer of IEX Group, Inc.
Paul is responsible for the strategic direction and management of information security, enterprise risk management, cybersecurity controls and vendor management programs. He also serves as the company's crisis management coordinator.
Paul joined IEX in 2015 after 15 years at New York Stock Exchange where he served as Senior Vice President of Market Operations. Paul was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the NYSE Trading Floor and cash equity business. During his time at the NYSE, he successfully orchestrated the operational planning and execution of some of the largest IPOs and corporate actions in U.S. capital markets history. He also served as business sponsor and execution lead on many highly visible market structure and industry initiatives.
Paul is well-known for managing complex, highly regulated, low-latency trading environments with an eye towards risk management and failure mitigation strategies.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University.
