Andrea Ledford is Chief People Officer at IEX Group, Inc.

Andrea leads IEX's strategy to attract, develop and retain top talent. She is responsible for employee learning and development, manager training and coaching and growing a culture that is collaborative, inclusive and high-performing. She also oversees IEX's marketing and communications efforts as well as Think Big, Do Good, IEX's volunteer and charitable giving initiative.

Prior to joining IEX, Andrea was Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer at NCR Corporation, where she transformed the internal and external reputation of the company's people function and oversaw the company's work across corporate real estate, communications and government and university relations. Before NCR, she held senior HR positions at companies including Motorola Mobility and Cisco. In 2017, Andrea was named Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year-Sustainable Workforce by HRO Today.
